This week marks the launch of a refreshed programme of Professional Learning Networks (PLNs) across the St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust — offering staff from every school the opportunity to learn, share and grow together.

Our PLNs bring colleagues together from across our Trust family to deepen expertise, exchange great practice, and build lasting professional connections. From curriculum development and pedagogy to leadership and wellbeing, these networks provide a rich and varied CPD offer designed to inspire and support staff at every stage of their career.

The start of this term sees many of our networks meeting for the first time. These sessions are more than just training opportunities — they are spaces where collaboration flourishes and where the collective wisdom of our schools can shape the next chapter of excellence for our children.

To celebrate and support this work, we have launched a new section of our Trust website dedicated to Professional Learning Networks. Here you can explore each network in more detail, find meeting dates and resources, and discover how to get involved.

Our thanks go to all the colleagues who are leading and contributing to these networks. Your commitment to continuous professional development is a powerful example of how, when we work together, we can achieve even more for the young people we serve.
