I am delighted to introduce the Facilities, Estates, Health & Safety Team this month and share with you a warm welcome to our ‘Team in Focus’ page!  We are committed to ensuring that every pupil and member of staff learns and works in a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment, and our Team is here to support you every step of the way.

Our role is to provide a comprehensive, reliable, and proactive service that enables your school to focus on what matters most—teaching, learning, and building a thriving community. As part of the Trust, you will have access to a centralised Facilities and Estates function covering planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, health and safety oversight, and strategic estate planning. We ensure that all buildings and grounds meet regulatory requirements, remain well‑maintained, and are developed sustainably for future needs.

In addition to core maintenance services, our team coordinates capital projects, supports funding applications, and oversees improvement works across your estate. We also provide guidance on energy management, environmental initiatives, and long‑term asset planning to help schools optimise resources and contribute to the Trust’s sustainability objectives.

We understand that every school is unique, and we are committed to working closely with you to understand your priorities, challenges, and aspirations. We aim to build strong partnerships with all Trust schools to provide support, advice and guidance and ensure our estate supports an environment conducive to effective teaching and learning and is suitable for educating today’s children.
