Experience and Impact
Jane began her teaching career in 2000 and has over 26 years of experience in education. Throughout her career, she has held a range of leadership positions and developed extensive expertise in school improvement, curriculum development, assessment, inclusion, and leadership development.
Jane spent over eight years as a Headteacher and latterly Executive Headteacher, leading schools through periods of growth, improvement, and change. She has a proven track record of raising standards, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring that children receive the highest quality of education.
For over three years, she also served as a Catholic Schools Inspector, supporting schools in evaluating and strengthening the quality of Catholic education, religious education, collective worship, and leadership.
As Head of Primary Education, Jane provides strategic leadership across the Trust, working closely with headteachers and senior leaders to raise standards, build leadership capacity, and secure excellent outcomes for all pupils.
She is committed to fostering collaboration across schools and ensuring that every child benefits from an ambitious, inclusive, and high-quality education.
Jane is passionate about Catholic education and its mission to develop the whole person. She believes that every child should be known, valued, and inspired to fulfil their God-given potential through an education that nurtures faith, character, aspiration, and academic excellence. Through aspirational leadership and a deep commitment to service, she works to support schools in creating communities where children flourish academically, spiritually, and personally.
