Local Government Pension Scheme

The Local Government Pension Scheme is one of the largest pension schemes in the UK. The Trust is committed to embracing the use of technology to enhance the lives of their staff and students, refine teaching methodologies, and positively impact how their pupils approach learning. We have an Educational Technologist working as part of the central team supporting staff to enhance their teaching and embrace AI and all aspects of technology in teaching.

STOC central team have access to a free on-site gym. Simply complete the application form to undertake a gym induction and you’ll have access to the gym facilities before and after work everyday.

Free staff car park on-site (first come, first served basis). On your first day, you will be given a fob that opens the car park barrier.

The Trust Head Office is just 5 minutes’ walk from Bury town centre and the world-famous market, We’re also just 10 minutes away from the bus/Metrolink interchange with direct links to central Manchester, Manchester Airport and local bus services.
