The Scheme of Delegation, Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association and Governance Handbook set out how our Trust is governed and how decisions are made. They clearly define the roles, responsibilities, and powers of our Members, Trustees, Local Governing Boards, and senior leaders, ensuring that everyone understands their duties and where accountability lies. These documents provide the legal and practical framework for our work, helping us to operate with transparency, consistency, and integrity. They also ensure that decision-making is carried out at the most appropriate level, empowering our schools to meet the needs of their communities while remaining true to our shared mission, vision, and values.
By setting out this structure, we can work together effectively to make Christ known and make lives better across all our schools.
Please note that this page is currently under review. A new version of the Governance Handbook is in development. The Schemes of Delegation referenced in this document are being updated and will shortly go to the Board for approval. The forthcoming version of the Handbook will not include the Schemes of Delegation or the Articles of Association, as these documents are published separately.
