They clearly define the roles, responsibilities, and powers of our Members, Trustees, Local Governing Boards, and senior leaders, ensuring that everyone understands their duties and where accountability lies.  These documents provide the legal and practical framework for our work, helping us to operate with transparency, consistency, and integrity. They also ensure that decision-making is carried out at the most appropriate level, empowering our schools to meet the needs of their communities while remaining true to our shared mission, vision, and values.
