Our School Improvement Team is dedicated to supporting schools across the Trust to deliver the very best outcomes for all children. Working alongside leaders and teachers, the team provides tailored school improvement support, sharp analysis of performance data, and expert guidance to help drive progress. Their focus is on empowering schools to build on their strengths, tackle challenges, and ensure every pupil can flourish academically and personally.

The Safeguarding Team works with all our schools to ensure that every child is safe, protected, and well cared for. They provide expert advice, training, and guidance to staff, as well as robust systems to support effective safeguarding practice across the Trust. By working closely with school leaders, governors, and external partners, the team helps create safe environments where children can thrive and families feel supported.

Our Attendance Team supports schools to ensure that every child attends regularly and is ready to learn. Through close collaboration with school staff, families, and external agencies, the team helps to identify and address barriers to attendance, offering tailored strategies and support. Their work is focused on promoting a culture where good attendance is valued, so that every pupil has the best opportunity to succeed.
