On Thursday 8th May, the St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust was proudly represented at the MAT PN Digital Strategy Event—an inspiring and insightful gathering of education leaders focused on the future of digital in our schools.

Our Chief Information Officer-Jenny Bonson- took to the main stage to share STOC Trust’s journey towards building a purposeful and people-first digital strategy—one that empowers staff, protects our communities, and enables transformation rooted in our mission. In a key panel session, Jenny brought her expertise and passion for safe digital environments to a powerful discussion on cyber security. With cyber threats growing across the education sector, Jenny championed a proactive, values-led approach to safeguarding systems, data, and—most importantly—our people.

The event provided a welcome opportunity to connect with colleagues across the country, reflect on emerging challenges, and learn from innovative digital practices that are shaping the future of education.

As a Trust, we know that digital strategy is not about technology alone—it’s about building capacity, improving lives, and ensuring every child and every colleague has the tools they need to thrive.

STOC’s presence at the MAT PN Digital Strategy Event reaffirmed our commitment to being not only digitally ready, but mission-driven in everything we do.
