This section of our website not only lists our current vacancies, but also seeks to assure footprint schools about the conversion process, and also how at point of conversion each school retains its unique charism, whilst at the same time becoming a key part of our broader Trust. These are not changes that need to be feared, but should be embraced as we work more closely together in the interests of Catholic Education.
This continues to be a an exciting but challenging time for the wider education sector. Our Bishop John Arnold remains resolute in the view that the Catholic Schools within the Salford Diocese will all become part of the three Diocesan Catholic Academy Trusts. The STOC growth plan continues to be amended, but always within the guiding principles of proportionate and non-detrimental growth. Schools, their leaders, and their Governors are support on every step of this conversion journey.
